2. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully received. Payments may be collected upfront, by milestone, or through recurring billing depending on the selected service.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times vary depending on the service package and project scope. Delays in receiving client content, approvals, or feedback may impact timelines.
4. Revisions
Revisions are provided according to the package purchased. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements
- Submit content, images, login credentials, or materials on time
- Review submitted work and respond promptly
6. Refunds
Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. In general, payments are non-refundable once work has started.
7. Ownership
Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from the use of our services or third-party platforms.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Some services depend on third-party providers such as Shopify, Meta, Google, hosting companies, analytics tools, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for outages, restrictions, policy changes, or technical failures from those providers.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
